How do we find the driver after arriving?

http://www.farotransfer.com/guide/AllTravel.gif At the airport you will be met in the arrivals area by a representative of All Travel transfers. Please look out for their sign.

 As you come through the sliding doors from baggage reclaim please follow the barrier round to your left. Ahead of you and to your right you will see the car hire reps waiting area (near the POLICE STATION). If you do not see the airport rep as you come out of the arrivals area he may be with another client. He has a mobile phone and you may call him on; [00 351] 96 9777 854 or [00 351] 96 9787 039
There is a public phone near the arrivals area. All Travel do not have a desk in the airport.

How do I pay?
You pay the driver in the airport; in cash [euro].

Are you open 24/7?
Normal hours are 07h00 - 22h00. A 20% out-of-hour charge applies between 22h00 and 07h00.

Do you have children's seats, baby seats, infant carriers?
Yes, subject to availability children seats are free of charge, they must be reserved at the time of booking the transfer. Click link to view image / specifications;

What happens if the flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed there is no need to worry - we always confirm flight directly with Faro airport and will be waiting until you arrive.

Can I book the return trip from my destination?
Yes, by Internet www.farotransfer.com or by phone [00 351] 096 978 7039

Are the passengers insured?
All drivers, passengers and vehicles are fully licensed and insured by the DGT/DGV

We do not want to drive from the airport but would like to hire a car at our destination, can you arrange this?
Yes, we can deliver a rental car at the same time or later - delivery is free. Please see www.algarvedriver.com for prices and conditions - you can also book the transfer at the same occasion.

How long is the trip between airport and destination?
Please see the distance chart and estimated transportation time from Faro airport to the resorts in the Algarve region, Portugal and Spain.

How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?
The driver will normally wait for 60 minutes before making enquiries with the airline, immigration and making a paging call. Only after all this and if there is no sign of the passengers will the driver leave the airport. If you are delayed in customs or baggage for more than 30 minutes after arrival please call our office on [00 351] 096 978 7039 to ensure that the driver will wait for you.

Can we use the drivers phone?
Yes, charges are by minute.

We have lots of luggage, a mountain bike, a golf bag - will there be room?
Each passenger has an allowance of one suitcase and one board/ski bag. If you are bringing a mountain bike please check the tick box on booking step 5.

Can we stop off at the supermarket en-route?
By prior arrangement on a private transfer only, although not at peak times - a supplement may be applicable.

Is the transfer direct or do we stop en-route?
Transfers are direct, door-to-door.

Does the driver speak English?
All our drivers speak English.

Do I have to share a vehicle with other people?
Not unless you invite them.

How far in advance do airport pick-ups need to be booked?
Normally we require 24 hours notice.

How many people can travel in one of your cars?
Only a maximum of four people can travel in a standard sized car, mini buses are available at an increased cost. This includes small children who count as one passenger for insurance purposes.

Do you offer tours?
Not at this time.
